Printable digital files, no physical product is shipped to you. You may print as many copies as you like.

You may download your purchased files a maximum of five (5) times.

Best practice: immediately download & save the entire zip file to a safe place on your computer.

FILE FORMAT

Product is a zipped file containing the following high-resolution files:

• (jpg) 12 image files + 2 alternates – 300dpi
• (pdf) 7 files containing all prints in 5×7 format
• (pdf) license agreement
• (pdf) product info sheet

The PDF files are formatted as two 5x7s per page, to be printed on standard US letterhead (8.5×11) paper in portrait orientation.

The image files are in 300dpi JPG format. They are optimized for a 5×7 print, however you may resize these files using a photo editing program if desired.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

You will need a file extraction program (such as WinZip), Adobe Reader and a color printer.

The latest version of the Adobe Reader software is required to properly open, print and save the PDF file. You can download the software for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Our PDF files are password protected. User will not be able to open the files in any image/text editing software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Word).

Mac users: Apple’s default PDF viewer (“Mac Preview”) will not function properly. Please ensure you are opening the files from the Adobe Reader program directly.
