Using Adobe Reader, you will be able to add & format typed text into the preformatted text boxes.

Our PDF files are password protected. User will not be able to open the files in any image/text editing software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Word).

FILE FORMAT

Product is a zipped file containing the following high-resolution files:

• (pdf) medicine tracker

Tracker is available only in standard U.S. letterhead format (8.5×11). It is designed to print in portrait orientation.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

You will need a file extraction program (such as WinZip), Adobe Reader and a color printer.

The latest version of the Adobe Reader software is required to properly open, add/format text, print and save the PDF file. You can download the software for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Mac users: Apple’s default PDF viewer (“Mac Preview”) will not function properly. Please ensure you are opening the files from the Adobe Reader program directly.
