FILE FORMAT

Product is a zipped file containing the following high-resolution files:

• (pdf) fitness log
• (pdf) food log
• (pdf) license agreement
• (pdf) product info file

The logs are available only in standard U.S. letterhead format (8.5×11). They are designed to print in portrait orientation.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

You will need a file extraction program (such as WinZip), Adobe Reader and a color printer.

The latest version of the Adobe Reader software is required to properly open and print the PDF files. You can download the software for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Our PDF files are password protected. User will not be able to open the files in any image/text editing software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Word).

Mac users: Apple’s default PDF viewer (“Mac Preview”) will not function properly. Please ensure you are opening the files from the Adobe Reader program directly.
