Downloading and Printing
▶ I’m having problems downloading!
For best results with downloading, the most recent version of Adobe Reader is required to properly open/view/print the PDF files. Additionally, you can right-click & "Save as" on the download link to save the file to your computer. Then open the file directly from your computer.
▶ This item isn’t printing correctly for me!
To print the file at 100% of the intended size, please ensure that page scaling is disabled within your printer settings. [ printing tips » ]
Free Calendars
▶ Why is 2013 the last year for a free version?
Thank you for your support of the calendar designs over the past few years. It takes roughly six (6) months from concept to final format to create the calendars. The time commitment and creative energy put into the illustrations alone is huge. It's a true labor of love! As you may know, over time I've turned an intense love of design/illustration into a business venture and now we're evolving as we move into an exciting new direction with our design work. For our loyal fans & customers, we will continue to share other types of freebies, as well as offer adorable new products at affordable prices.
▶ Can I download the “top portion” of the calendars?
The preview illustrations that proceed the calendar image on each calendar post are for viewing purposes only and are shown to highlight the design process. This base illustration is what is drawn first and is then incorporated into the calendar format. It is not included for download with the free version of the calendars. The "Top Half" Calendar Pages are now available for purchase in the shop, along with the rest of the premium calendars.
▶ Can I add text to the calendars?
The free version of the calendars does NOT have the option to enter typed text into the date boxes. After printing, you may handwrite your events/reminders onto the calendars. Our PDF files are password protected. Users will not be able to open the files in any editing software. Alternatively, premium (text editable & image format) versions are available for purchase in the HC shop.

▶ I can’t find a particular calendar on your site, where is it?
You can view a repository of all available calendars by selecting the year desired from the freebies page.
▶ Will you add the standard U.S. holidays to the calendars?
Since not every person celebrates the same holidays, the standard U.S. holidays have been intentionally left off of the calendars. This allows users to manually add the holidays which they personally celebrate and will not take up valuable space with a holiday that a user does not observe.
▶ Why is this calendar “no longer available for download”?
After each month ends, old calendar files are archived for storage. The old calendar design is "retired" and will not be reused.
▶ Can I print in a different format?
The calendars are PDF files designed to print in "landscape" paper orientation on standard U.S. letterhead (8.5x11 paper). The standard American calendar week begins on Sunday. At this time, additional formats are not available.
Free Printables
▶ I can’t find a particular free printable anymore, can you email it to me?
Due to workload, the rebranding/transfer of 55+ printables from the old website has been taken off the docket for now. (I’m also unable to accomodate requests for older printable files to be emailed.) There is not a time estimate as to when these older printables will be available again. (Additionally, not all past printables will make it to HC in the form of a freebie. Some may be revamped and listed as a product in the new shop.) Thank you for your patience & understanding!
▶ Will you change the [blank] on this free printable for me?
Per the TOU, all freebies are offered 'as-is'. Free wording, color or size changes are not available. Enduser alterations are prohibited. Some freebies can be personalized as a custom order. Please check for availability & pricing.
▶ May I use one of your free printables for my [blank] activity?
All freebies are for personal, non-commerical use only. Please read the full TOU for detailed terms & restrictions. If you're still unsure, please contact me.
▶ Can you make [blank] printable for free?
Due to current workload/commitments, I'm unable to take requests for free printables at this time.
Graphics and Software
▶ Where do you get all of your adorable graphics? Is it clip art?
No clip art is used, I design & illustrate all of my own creations.
▶ Do you sell your graphics as clip art?
At this time, I do not sell any of my illustrations as clip art.
▶ What software program do you use to create your graphics?
I design & illustrate in "Xara Photo & Graphic Designer MX 2013" (the latest version can be found here). Xara is comparable to Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, but less pricey.
Products (Purchased FIles)
▶ Will your printables work on my Mac?
Yes! HC printables will work on both PC and Mac OS platforms. However, the default PDF viewer from Apple (Preview), does not play well with text editable PDF files. For full functionality, please ensure you're using the latest version of Adobe Reader. If your Mac is set to automatically open PDF files in the default Preview program, do not double-click the files to open. Instead, launch Adobe Reader and open your files from within the program.
▶ Can I edit the printable files?
HC PDF files are locked and secured. Content cannot be extracted and files cannot be imported into image or text editing programs. The exception being products specifically listed as "text editable", in which you'll be able to enter text into the preformatted text boxes only (using Adobe Reader).
▶ I purchased a text editable product, how do I change the text?
Adobe Reader is required for formatting the text fields. Please review the following tutorial page for help with adding and editing text within your product: Text Editable Files.
Site Content and Design
▶ Why do some of your images say “AnythingbutPerfect.com”?
HelloCuteness.com (HC) is a rebrand from AnythingbutPerfect.com (ABP). With the domain transition, most (but not all) images/content were updated with the new HC branding. ABP is still owned by and copyright © Angela Cannistra.
▶ Did you design your own website?
Yes I did! I've designed my own websites for over 13 years.
▶ Do you do custom web design?
Due to current goals/commitments on the plate, I'm not taking on custom web design at this time.
